Sandon Studio

I had my first shoot at Sandon Studio today. I had been hoping to shoot there for some time but hadn't found a model and a date that I could do until now. The whole process was very straightforward from the start. It was easy to arrange and Tony was patient with me when I had to change the original date. The studio is magnificent, with numerous interior rooms, including bedrooms, reception rooms and bathrooms. There are extensive gardens and grounds outdoors, with privacy for shooting nude.

Four hours was the most that I was able to do today but I could easily have doubled that if I had the time. I'm very happy with the results and hope to return in the future.

Had my first shoot at Sandon studio and hopefully not the last. Amazing studio with a good variety of room's and props to choose from, lots of fabulous windows and natural lighting. There is nothing not to love.
100% recommend to photographers and models to shoot here.

The best Studio I ever visited. On arrival we were shown around the studio which is a lovely old house with lots of great sets with plenty of lovely big windows affording the rooms with plenty of light. We had a great days shooting, will definitely be returning to the studio.

I had a really enjoyable shoot at Sandon Studio yesterday. It is a large house/home with so many spaces and lovely rooms to shoot in ... it's a real gem!. Tony was really helpful and showed me around. I'll be working there again, hopefully the weather will be better next time :) I highly recommend this studio.

I had a really enjoyable shoot at Sandon Studio today. It is a large studio with loads of potential for shoots. Tony was really helpful and I got some really great shots of the model I took to the studio. I have been to Sandon Studio many times over the years and can highly recommend this studio.

Sandon Studio is a great location to work from, offering seclusion, flexibility and a great range of garden and indoor backgrounds. You will be spoilt for choice given the number of themed shooting rooms, which are all high ceilinged and well lit, the natural light in the bathroom in particular is outstanding. I recommend you book in at least half a day in order to take advantage of what this wonderful location has to offer. Tony is very friendly and welcoming and he has thought of all the practicalities (kitchen area, model’s changing room, portable heaters) in order to ensure your shoot goes well. Highly recommended!

I had my 5th shoot at Tony’s wonderful studio on Thursday and what an amazing, warm and welcoming place it is! Lots of beautiful rooms providing plenty of space and scope for shoots, the gardens are very beautiful, extensive and private and Tony is the perfect host. My photographer and I created some absolutely beautiful images in the rooms and areas that we used.

I will definitely be returning many more times, and it’s so handy to have on the doorstep.

Tony was very accommodating for a very last minute booking due to a cancelation elsewhere. On arrival we were shown around the studio which is a lovely old house with lots of great sets with plenty of lovely big windows affording the rooms with plenty of light. I enjoyed another fabulous studio day at Sandon Studio for the second time and this time I was fully booked. Tony was very hospitable, helpful and on hand all day to help myself or the photographers out with anything.

Such an amazing location with a beautiful big garden, large house and attic style studio. Every room you venture into gives you a completely different idea and it really is a joy to shoot there. With an Arabian set, retro set, large hallways, vintage looks and much, much more the opportunities are endless.

There is a dressing room specifically for models and a model/photographer kitchen for a chance to make yourself a snack or coffee/tea and Tony was kind enough to stock the fridge with milk also. As I was there at the end of September it was a tad chilly and Tony was happy for us to take the electric fan heater around to heat up the spaces if need be.

Easy to find if your driving and a short 15-20 minute taxi ride from Stafford if like me you cannot drive, although there are buses as well.

I highly recommend this studio to all creatives out there. Do not miss out on the opportunity to work there, you will not be disappointed.
